Located deep below the desert Anauroch in a great bell-shaped cavern, lies the city of Ooultul. Nearly 450 Beholders and beholder mages live here in peace, without the presence of a single hive mother or overseer. Their hatred is held in check by an even more ancient and more powerful race taht has hidden plans for the city.
