Atop a middle sized mountain there lies a small village...., a group of Humans who live out there days in piece with the wild life of the Realm of Terra Elementals. Here they guard something sacred and await the time when there Holy artifact will be needed....
Also in this Village is a large White Wolf. This is Alpha, or as as the humans call him Leon. He wonders the village picking scraps of meat dropped by the villagers and eating them. Not only was he a village protector but he was a village trash man as well at least when it came to good meat.
Alpha walked off to the railing around the village (It was in place to protect the children) He watched out at the sky wondering if his day's would ever become more exciting....

Sometime later a Tremor shakes the village.

Alpha having fell asleep out of boredum was awoken by the Tremor "Arooh?" He looks up and looks around the Earth quake knocking around villagers, Pots crash and one building crumbles to the ground....After a few minates however the earthquake is gone and the town starts to assess the damage, Alpha not really knowing what to do Sits down near the village gate a strange sent on the air....

Crunching noises fill the air and people scatter fearing an aftershock. Instead of cracks appearing, walls of rock grow forth from the outskirts of the village. They are not steep high walls but stone overhangs creating cliffs on all sides. The stones of these walls shift and grind making even getting across them a dangerous task. In the middle of the town 3 figures rise out of the ground Tharn and two great earth elementals. Tharn bellows, “Intruders if you wish to live here you'll have to do it under our rule. If you follow our commands no one will be injured. You have nothing to fear we are only regaining the respect we deserve.”

Alpha growls and howls at the Elementals nearing his town...the howl however...didnt sound like a howl to the Elementals...it sounded like "Stop! The Humans mean you no harm....they only protect the great Earth stone." He lets out a small "aroo.." which the Elementals heard as "Please" He then howls and barks a few times again the Elementals heard differently "They have no means of fighting, I am there only protection, if you wish to harm them than you will have to get past me, I do not wish to fight please understand" Alpha growls his tail raised high, He showed no fear only determination filled his eyes.

A few of the older humans stare from the dog to the elementals in shock as Tharn says, “Hahaha it looks like this mutt can speak, to bad he can't listen,” Looking at the elemental to his right in annoyance he says in a droll, dry tone, “we said we wouldn't hurt the humans if you follow our commands...” Turning back towards Alpha, “starting with fetching that great earth stone you mentioned.”

Alpha shakes his head "Arrooo!!" to the Earth Elementals "Why do you want the stone?"Alpha sits and looks at the Elementals curiously. "Woof..!" Elementals "If your reason is true I shall get it."

"Like you said your the only protection this village has while we, the true beings of the earth and rightful bearers, have ample strength to protect it..." The other elementals nod in agreement till, "Wait a minute why are we explaining ourselves to a dog." Tharn points at an amazed old man, "You, bring us the great earth stone."
